Studio Hire Rates
Hire a professional dance and rehearsal studio at Arnold Street Studio in Cheltenham, Melbourne. Our two studios feature sprung Tarkett floors, mirrors and ballet barres, with hourly, half-day and full-day hire options.
We welcome enquiries for private practice, rehearsals, coaching, workshops, movement classes, photography and filming. All hire is subject to availability and approval.

Studio 5 — 8 × 11 Metres
A light-filled studio with a sprung Tarkett dance floor, a mirrored wall and fixed ballet barres. Facilities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, a reception seating area and kitchenette, with bathroom access in Studio 6.
Studio 6 — 8 × 9 Metres
A quiet studio with a sprung Tarkett dance floor, a mirrored wall and ballet barres. Facilities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, a changing area, bathroom and kitchenette.
How to Request a Booking
Submit a studio hire enquiry with:

Your requested dates and start and finish times.

Whether you need a single booking or recurring hire.
Our studio manager will review your request and contact you to discuss availability, suitability and booking requirements.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. All hire requires approval from the studio manager.
Regular Hire and Creative Residencies
Looking for a regular space to teach, rehearse or develop creative work?
We welcome enquiries from independent artists, dance professionals and movement practitioners seeking recurring hire or a creative residency.
Dance industry, start-up and not-for-profit rates may be available by arrangement. Include details of your project and proposed schedule in your enquiry.
Insurance and Hire Requirements
All hirers must hold a current insurance policy appropriate to their activity. Please outline your intended use when enquiring so we can discuss suitability and any additional requirements.
